Here I will share updates on the social class and class consciousness project on which I’m working together with Jaap Nieuwenhuis and Jonathan Mijs. • The survey dataset on social class, class consciousness and opinions on inequality and migration, funded by the ODISSEI LISS Panel data grant, is now available for download from the LISS Archive: https://www.dataarchive.lissdata.nl/study-units/view/1506 (you can download the codebook without registering, but a LISS/Centerdata account is needed to download the data; it’s free and everyone can create an account)

•An interview with Dylan van Rijsbergen about our project was published in Jacobin Nederland (May 2025, in Dutch): Waarom klassenbewuste werkers nog geen socialisten zijn

• We have replicated the survey in France (data collection led by Laura Silva from Paris School of Economics) and in the US; we are now (December 2025) working on the data and preparing them for publication
